Rick's 40th Birthday Party

Walking into Rick's party, he thought he was there to play cards.
We made him change into his party outfit.

Party favors, gold bars filled with mints and poker chip key chains.

The birthday guys. We celebrated Rick's birthday the night before his actual birthday. But on this day it was our friend Wade's birthday. Of course we got him a cake and sang Happy Birthday to the two of them. There were many surprises going around the night of the party.
Time to cut the cake.
Chrissy was the winner of the second game of cards.
Dwight was our first winner.
Playing left, right, center. Had a blast.
Aunt Denise and Cherish enjoying the party.
Traci, Dylan, Cherish, and Jay.

Dwight, Rick, and Darrion.

Chuck, Aubrey, Me, and Rick
We had a great time at the party and after three months of planning we were able to surprise Rick. At times it was hard to not slip and let any clues out about the party but when the night came we threw a very successful surprise party that I hope Rick will remember.

Christmas in Prescott 2010

Well we celebrate Christmas the first Saturday of December in Prescott every year. This has been our family tradition for as far back as I can remember. This celebration changed a couple years ago when grandma passed away. We still have our yearly celebration and we know grandma is there with us but we miss and love her very much.
Since grandmas passing we one tradition. In the past we made Christmas dinner at grandma and grandpas. The past three Christmas's we have taken our group out to eat. Each year we do something different. This year we had Mexican food. Above is Aubrey, Dylan, Tony, and Aunt Denise.

Missing from picture: Grandma and Cherish (both missed deeply)
Cherish had clinicals for school. She will have her EMT certification Dec. 16th. Everybody missed her but understood and she called and talked to everybody while we were waiting for our food at the restaurant.
Again we had a wonderful Christmas celebration.

Cherish's 20th Bithday

Cherish (age20) I am so proud of her and isn't she beautiful.
We went to Red Robin for dinner.

Rock'Em Sock'Em Robots, the only gift Cherish asked for.

I think Cherish had a good and memorable 20th birthday.
