Congratulations Graduates

April and Wade both graduated today with their Associates in Business from University of Phoenix. It looks as though April is showing Rick something very interesting from how focused Rick is.

I was not able to attend the graduation due to time of day and staffing at work but Rick, Dylan, and Tony represented our family. For two weeks I thought I may be able to go and surprise them but things did not work out.

The happy graduating couple. April is already five months into earning her Bachelors, so good luck and way to go. Wade is three weeks away from his final grades but was able to walk due to being such a good student and graduations only once a year, good job. We are so proud of both of you, I finished the same program one year ago and we all know it is hard work, but well worth it.

Date Night

On Saturday night Rick took me out on a date.This is rare for the two of us to go out alone, so I was very surprised. Our last date was a double date with our friends April and Wade to celebrate their one year anniversary, that was March. First Rick took me out to dinner, then we went to civic center plaza, which is where we went when we first started dating, we just walked and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. The first two pictures are of civic center plaza.

Once we left there we did not feel ready to go back to reality so Rick thought of APS waterfalls. This place is beautiful. We sat and just listened to the water and enjoyed the view. We did not stay to long due to the very hot temperature that night, I think it was 112, but we had a great time.

Rick decided to get the lettering in his tattoo update. After 10 years of course it had faded a bit. The writting originally was yellow so he decided to color them red this time.

Cherie in Salt Lake City

I went to Salt Lake City June 21-25 for work. Salt Lake is beautiful. We did a little site seeing at night on our way to and from dinner. The castle looking building is the Mormon Temple. One night we went into the temple, this is a very beautiful place. The other pictures are my view from my hotel. I was on the 10th floor and the pictures do not do the view any justice. Salt Lake is a place that I would return to for a vacation.
